Important Instructions
- Early Bird Registration includes a 20% discount on the actual registration fee. Any registration beyond the Earlybird registration deadline will be the actual registration rate.
- One regular registration can cover a paper within SIX pages, including all figures, tables, and references for one main author of the paper.
- All the registration fees quoted above are excluding Taxes (20%).
- The Registration fee does ’t include Accommodation, Travel, Lunch, Refreshments, or Parking. This conference is a BYOC concept.
- Refunds: 25% of the Registration Fee + Administrative fee of 50 EUR / 50 GBP will be charged for cancellations for any reason before 30 days of the event.
- All the registrations will be processed in GBP for Card Payments and in EUR for Bank Transfers. Invoices have the conversion factor embedded within them.
- No refund after 30 days or post the conference.

- Tentative Schedule

- Payment Receipt

- Journal Recommendation (only for Authors)
